  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!
  • How long does it take before my order gets shipped?
    We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 3-5 business days for local orders and 5 - 7 business days for international orders. Please contact our customer service team if there is any question concerning the time to dispatch.
  • How can I check my order status?
    Sign in to your Account (the one that you made your order with) and click on "Track Order". In some instances, the carrier's tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped. OR You may drop us an email and our customer service team will update on the shipment details.
  • How can I make changes to my order?
    To update us on changes made to your order: please email us within 24 hours to update your order. Have your order number and purchasing email ready for verification purposes.
  • Can I return my product for a refund or an exchange?
